Bhavisha advises fund managers on the structuring and establishment of investment funds in a range of sectors with a particular focus on private equity, venture capital, and credit. She has over 10 years' of experience in fundraisings for fund managers in the Private Equity, Venture Capital, Credit, Real Estate and Infrastructure sectors, as well as on secondary transactions, carried interest schemes and bespoke management arrangements. Bhavisha also advises major investors, including UK and international pension schemes, sovereign wealth funds and financial institutions on their cornerstone and minority investments into funds across a range of asset classes.
