Chandni advises developers, owners and investors on non-contentious construction matters within the Real Estate sector.
Chandni has assisted clients with advice in relation to structuring a development, contract negotiations and obtaining finance for construction projects. She has a key focus on Real Estate Construction with a significant amount of experience advising investors and developers on Real Estate projects including residential developments, mixed use developments, later living developments and office fit outs.
Chandni advises developers, forward funders and institutional investors on the construction and development obligations in development funding agreements, agreements for lease and sale agreements.
Chandni provides strategic advice to developers on their procurement routes for developments where she looks to understand the client's key objectives to ensure these are achieved in the final completed development/scheme.
