Mayumi's practice has an international outlook and she regularly works on cross-border matters. She is experienced in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of contracts and agreements throughout an M&A or fund-raising transaction. She is also familiar with equity capital markets, allowing her to provide strategic advice to businesses.
Mayumi also provides employment law advice to clients, and she has experience advising on the whole life cycle of an employment relationship, from hiring, managing the employment, to termination and retrenchment exercises.
