Managing Senior Associate
Natalie advises clients on exclusivity rights in the pharmaceutical industry, including patents, SPCs and regulatory exclusivities.
Natalie has advised generic and innovator clients on patent litigation and medicines regulatory matters, acting on cases before the High Court and EU General Court. Natalie also has in-house experience, spending 10 months in the EU IP and regulatory litigation team at a pharmaceutical company during which time she was responsible for coordinating pan-European launch strategies, patent litigations and settlements.
