Nicolas specialises in intellectual property law, with a particular focus on patent litigation. He also drafts and negotiates complex contractual arrangements involving intellectual property rights.
Nicolas is involved in a wide range of IP and unfair competition litigation matters, whether before French courts and before the Unified Patent Court, both as part of provisional measures and for actions on the merits. Nicolas also regularly assists numerous clients in negotiating and formalising complex agreements with their partners for the development and exploitation of innovative technologies, particularly with a view to securing clients' rights to these technologies.
