She has acted for several clients, both national and international, on private equity and venture capital transactions and investments in sectors such as energy, real estate, technology, infrastructure and textiles, as well as on corporate restructuring transactions and structural modifications such as mergers, spin-offs and global asset and liability transfers.
Olimpia has experience in the renewable energy sector advising Spanish and foreign clients in both national and cross-border transactions related to photovoltaic and wind energy projects being able to assist with corporate matters in relation to the energy resources sector.
She also has experience in general corporate and contractual advice and she holds the position of deputy secretary in commercial companies.
