Remi works on complex, cross-border transactions in the ICT sector. He advises telecommunication regulatory authorities on ICT matters as well as private entities on a wide array of issues in the telecommunication and technology fields.
Remi is qualified to practice in New York, in France as well as in England and Wales. He spent his first 5 years post-qualification working in the IP/TMT practices of three highly regarded private practices in Paris working on a vast array of matters - both contentious and non-contentious. In August 2014 Remi moved to London to join the Government Legal Department advising mainly the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, and the Ministry of Defence on a range of commercial and contentious matters. Remi joined Diane Mullenex' team where he works on complex, cross-border transactions in the ICT sector. He has advised a number of Middle Eastern regulatory authorities in the communication's sector on several ICT related matters. Remi advises clients in Europe, the Middle East and Asia on a wide array of issues in the telecommunication and technology fields and its regulatory framework.
