Rob provides specialist construction and engineering advice on the development of major energy and infrastructure projects. Rob has advised on domestic and international projects and his work includes some of the most high-profile energy and infrastructure projects in the UK including offshore energy projects, nuclear new build projects and nationally significant infrastructure projects.
Rob’s experience comprises the provision of advice on the structuring and procurement of projects together with drafting and negotiating the documentation necessary for such projects, this includes construction and engineering contracts, maintenance contracts, interface agreements, joint venture arrangements, service and supply agreements and security documentation. Rob has advised on and has extensive experience of the standard construction forms and contracts derived from those standard forms including FIDIC, NEC, JCT and IChemE.
