Ross is a planning lawyer specialising in the promotion of major infrastructure projects, primarily for regulated clients in the water, transport, airports and nuclear sectors. He has advised on some of the largest infrastructure projects in the UK, including road and rail, reservoirs, geological storage and airport expansion. Part of Ross’s practice also includes advising clients on the planning aspects of acquiring, financing and disposing of major infrastructure assets.
He has also spent time seconded to the legal team of a major public sector infrastructure operator.
