The Pinsent Masons team advising on the deal was led by corporate partner Stephen Levy and senior associates Joanne McNeill and Jonathan Snade.
Stephen Levy commented: "'The great strength of Marsh & Parsons' business and management team and the continuing resilience of the London residential real estate market made this deal possible despite the otherwise challenging market. It was a pleasure to assist shareholders Sherry FitzGerald (Ireland´s largest property and mortgage advisory firm), Peter Rollings and Liza-Jane Kelly who have worked together to build the business into one of London's premium estate agency brands.
