Pinsent Masons advises UNIT4 on the acquisition of Adata Software

The Munich office of international law firm Pinsent Masons has advised UNIT4 Business Software GmbH (UNIT4), on the acquisition of Adata Software GmbH (Adata).

UNIT4 is a leading supplier of software solutions for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Accounting, Business Intelligence and Human Resources. The acquisition of Adata extends UNIT4's ERP and financial solutions to cover the human resources management function. The expanded product portfolio will support more than 1,200 customers in the German-speaking region to make their HR processes more efficient.

The Pinsent Masons team advising on all legal aspects of this acquisition was led by Eike Fietz (Partner, M&A) together with Dr. Igor Barabash (IP/IT), Kathrin Brügger (Employment) and Kerstin Hess (M&A).
