International law firm Pinsent Masons has won the ‘Legal Advisors of the Year transactional (Private)’ award for the second year running at the HealthInvestor Awards 2014.
The HealthInvestor Awards is an annual event promoting excellence and recognising achievements and innovation in the independent healthcare sector. In addition to private healthcare in transactions, this year Pinsent Masons was shortlisted in all other legal advisory categories: legal advisors of the year – Transaction al and general advisory lawyers in the private and public categories respectively. Pinsent Masons' healthcare team, which is led by partners Joanne Ellis and Barry Francis, won the award for the second time, recognising its broad and diverse domestic and international work in the private healthcare sector in the UK, Gulf and Asia Pacific region.
