International law firm Pinsent Masons has appointed Rosita Chu as a Partner to strengthen the firm's corporate team – specifically its equity capital market and M&A transactional service offerings in the Asia Pacific Region.
Rosita specialises in representing Chinese and local Hong Kong investment banks and corporates in equity capital market transactions and M&A services, as well as providing legal advice on securities regulations, ongoing regulatory compliance, corporate restructuring, and other general corporate and commercial matters.
Rosita will enhance the existing practice in Hong Kong and provide resource not only in Hong Kong and mainland China, but across the firms Asia Pacific practice. Rosita has experience building strong relationships, and proven technical ability across initial public offerings, secondary offerings, multi-jurisdiction mergers & acquisitions, disposal and reorganisations.
Rosita joins from Luk & Partners in association with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius in Hong Kong and brings 16 years experience from across the China and Hong Kong markets.
