International Law firm Pinsent Masons has been named 'Construction Law Firm of the Year' at the Asian Legal Business Hong Kong Law Awards for the ninth time in ten years

The firm has been recognised for its work on high-profile projects. These include a US$1.5 billion investment to build a logistics centre at Hong Kong International Airport, the world’s busiest cargo airport, and acting for bidders to invest HK$20 billion to create SKYCITY, set to be the largest commercial and entertainment development of its kind in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area. Pinsent Masons was also recognised for its work acting for bidding contractors on the US$32 billion Kai Tak Sports Park project in East Kowloon - which will be one of the most important sports hubs in Hong Kong and will host major international sporting events.

Vincent Connor, Partner and Head of the Hong Kong office of Pinsent Masons said, “We are thrilled and humbled that we have once again been recognised as construction law firm of the year at these awards. In our 35th year operating in Hong Kong, this award reinforces our commitment to providing quality legal advice, and investment to provide our clients with innovative legal services.”

This is the ninth win in the past ten years for the firm. Now in their 17th year, the ALB Hong Kong Law Awards are committed to recognising excellence in the region's legal industry and the people behind the great deals, tremendous projects and matters and cases that overturned landmark decisions to set an entirely new jurisprudence.
