Pinsent Masons is named Industrial & Chemicals M&A Legal Advisor of the Year at Mergermarket Middle East Awards for 2019

International law firm, Pinsent Masons, has been named ‘Industrial and Chemical M&A Legal Advisor of the Year’ at this year’s Mergermarket Middle East Awards.

The ceremony was held in Dubai at Jumeirah Emirates Towers on 10 April 2019.

The Mergermarket awards recognise excellence in M&A advisory in the Middle East, celebrating success in both legal and financial advisory for M&A activity over the past year. Pinsent Masons was also shortlisted for Energy, Mining and Utilities Legal Advisor and Financial Services Legal Advisor.

The team was recognised for its work on several major complex transactions within the industrials and chemicals sector across the Middle East. Pinsent Masons advises a number of key players in the sector, including Consolidated Contractors Company, United Precast Concrete, Hikma Pharmaceuticals, Al Bahar Group and Tristar.
