Agata Koczorowska

Agata advises domestic and international investors on complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures. She is highly experienced in negotiating commercial lease agreements across office, logistics, retail and hotel assets, acting for both landlords and tenants.
Agata is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate department at Pinsent Masons’ Warsaw office. She advises domestic and international investors and developers on a broad range of real estate matters, including investment transactions such as share and asset deals, joint ventures and development management agreements.
Agata supports clients throughout the entire lifecycle of investment projects – from legal due diligence and the acquisition and disposal of real estate assets, through the commercialisation and ongoing asset management of investments. She has extensive experience negotiating complex commercial lease agreements on both landlord and tenant sides, covering office, warehouse, retail and hotel assets. Agata has successfully led numerous high stakes legal projects, combining strong project management skills with cross functional team leadership and close coordination with external advisers.
