Alison is a projects and construction lawyer with 12 years experience advising on infrastructure projects, including Public Private Partnerships, primarily in the health and education sectors.
Alison has assisted clients with the procurement, negotiation and entry into projects, including hub and PFI projects, and thereafter provided advice in relation to the operation of such projects. She has advised in relation to variations, disputes and settlement agreements and has invaluable experience of the operation of PFI projects due to her time working in house with a service provider for five years. Alison has a practical and commercial approach and can assist with a project from the outset through to completion and beyond.
