Amelia’s dispute resolution experience spans international arbitrations (ADCCAC, LCIA, DIAC, and ICC), the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and Abu Dhabi General Market (ADGM) Courts and local Dubai Court proceedings, as well as the High Court of England and Wales and the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court (IPEC).
Amelia was ranked as a “Rising Star” for Dispute Resolution by Legal 500 in 2023 and 2024 and was recently shortlisted for the Rising Star Award at the Middle East Legal Awards 2024.
