Ana advises domestic and international clients on M&A transactions and asset acquisitions relating to renewable energy projects. She is involved in all stages of transactions, from due diligence processes through to the drafting and negotiation of transaction documentation, including share purchase agreements and other arrangements related to the acquisition and development of projects.
She also has a strong real estate background, gained through advising on asset investment and divestment transactions, lease and sale and purchase agreements, as well as due diligence processes covering title reviews, encumbrances and planning matters.
