Annabelle is a projects and infrastructure lawyer with extensive experience advising on energy transition and renewable projects. She has advised public and private sector clients on complex corporate, procurement, construction, offtake and operational matters across the project life-cycle.
Annabelle has assisted clients across multiple sectors, including energy, rail, building and residential and commercial developments. She has a particular focus on behind-the-meter, distributed renewable energy and embedded network developments at commercial and industrial properties across Australia and New Zealand.
Annabelle is experienced in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of corporate and commercial agreements covering project origination, joint development arrangements and project acquisition, as well as project documentation including PPAs, ESAs, D&C, EPC and O&M contracts, and has supported clients through all stages of project delivery, from early structuring and risk allocation to financial close and beyond. Her collaborative approach makes her a valuable contributor to multidisciplinary project teams.
