Client and Legal Project Management Lead
Ben provides legal project management leadership on the firm's largest and most complex matters, with a particular responsibility for identifying opportunities where the application of legal project management will drive efficiency and optimise legal delivery for the Property practice group.
He has a BSc (Hons) in Project Management and over 14 years of experience in leading projects across both the public and private sectors.
In particular, Ben has managed large scale private finance procurement projects on behalf of government departments. Utilising best practice delivery methods, he has worked alongside and coordinated the activity of top tier consultancy firms and corporate banks, to manage projects to a successful financial and commercial close.
Prior to joining Pinsent Masons, Ben was a Senior Legal Project Manager with one of the world's largest law firms. He was responsible for managing a portfolio of legal projects across multiple jurisdictions and a range of sectors. Through applying recognised project management and process improvement methods, he drove efficiency in the delivery of legal matters.
Associate
Mara advises in both German and English on national and cross-border matters, with a particular focus on corporate law and M&A transactions. Mara supports German and international clients in navigating complex acquisitions and divestitures, as well as in corporate structuring projects.
Managing Senior Associate
Matt advises insurance and other financial services businesses on commercial, corporate and regulatory matters, including distribution, business transfers and regulatory perimeter issues. Matt has worked in the legal teams of leading UK insurers and is Chartered Insurance Institute qualified.
Senior Associate
Maximilian has broad cross-disciplinary knowledge as a banker, a business graduate, and a lawyer. His legal expertise lies in the interface of telecommunications law and corporate law.
