He advises employers, trustees and investors on a wide range of pensions issues, including projects to close pension schemes to future accrual and change scheme benefits, employee consultation exercises, amendments to trust documentation, the management of section 75 debts, the pensions aspects of corporate transactions and restructurings, and the powers of the UK Pensions Regulator.Chris is a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers.
