Dannie brings a wealth of commercial experience to development transactions, having previously led the legal team for an award-winning North-West developer. Her development finance experience spans forward-funding, debt-based facilities (senior, mezzanine and junior) and joint ventures for both funders and developers.
Dannie advises a range of developers, investors, landowners and corporate occupiers with a particular focus on large scale development sites and residential assets. Whilst in-house, she delivered a long-term development funding partnership with a major institutional investor to create a new Manchester neighbourhood; an initial investment of £300m across 5 assets via forward-funding with a total investment value of £1.25bn. She has also acted on the largest leasing deal in Manchester for 10 years at over 220,000 sq. ft.
