Dzanga Nefefe

Dzanga advises clients on day-to-day contract management issues across a range of infrastructure and energy projects, with a particular focus on resolving disputes relating to extensions of time, prolongation, disruption, defects, and design claims through litigation, arbitration, and adjudication. Her experience spans multiple sectors, including transport (road and rail), major power station projects in South Africa, and broader infrastructure developments. She has worked on disputes administered under the rules of the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa, the Association of Arbitrators, the Uniform Rules of Court, and the International Chamber of Commerce. Dzanga has experience drafting pleadings, opinions, notices, and dispute-related correspondence.
