Based in Melbourne, he supports clients in regulated and asset intensive sectors, bringing a pragmatic, detail oriented approach to complex transactions.
Flynn takes a commercial, disciplined approach to transactions and has advised on a range of successful domestic and cross‑border acquisitions and sales. His experience spans deals from approximately AUD$100 million to transactions exceeding AUD$1 billion.
Flynn’s work is sector‑agnostic, reflecting a strong grounding in core corporate and M&A fundamentals, although he has advised on a number of transactions in the technology and logistics sectors. He works closely with clients throughout the life of a transaction, from early structuring considerations through to negotiation and completion, with a focus on helping clients navigate complexity while managing risk.
Flynn is valued for advice that is clear, practical and grounded in the realities of executing transactions in regulated and asset‑intensive environments.
