Global Entity Management Director
Georgi leads our Global Entity Management function, a core part of the Company Secretarial Services team. She is responsible for the seamless delivery of multinational client engagements, coordinating across Pinsent Masons’ international offices and a trusted network of third-party company secretarial providers.
Georgi has a keen interest in governance technology and the design of governance functions, helping clients build high-performing company secretarial teams and implementing tools that drive efficiency and transparency. As a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute, she brings UK-based expertise and a global perspective to every engagement.
Her leadership has been recognised through inclusion in the Governance Hot 100, first in 2020 (Client Relationship Manager category) and again in 2025 as a Future Leader.
Experience:
- 10 years leading specialist project teams in the delivery of global entity management and company secretarial services across multiple jurisdictions and sectors.
- Management of multi-jurisdictional projects including director changes, name changes, incorporations, cash repatriations, reorganisations, and entity simplification.
- Engagement lead for global clients across financial services, retail, industrials, and technology.
- Governance function reviews and technology implementation to improve efficiency and solve common governance challenges.
- Proven ability to manage cross-border operations with precision, transparency, and proactive communication.
