Ioana advises clients on the legal and commercial issues arising from connected and autonomous vehicle technologies, helping organisations navigate the evolving mobility landscape and assess regulatory requirements. She also supports businesses involved in energy transition and decarbonisation projects, addressing complex commercial, operational and ESG considerations across their organisations and supply chains.
