Jenny is a development real estate lawyer specialising in large scale regeneration and development. Jenny acts for private sector developers and private/public body joint ventures undertaking a wide range of work on mixed use developments.
Jenny is experienced in drafting and reviewing development, collaboration and promotion agreements and has assisted clients on forward fund transactions, structuring and property aspects of debt and equity financing. Jenny's experience working with developers (including her time in-house working for a developer) and on private/public joint ventures has provided her with an understanding of the commercial requirements of large regeneration projects.
