An experienced commercial litigator and now in a knowledge-focused role, Kirsty supports key client relationships (including in Retail, Sport & Hospitality and Financial Services) on knowledge and training requirements, and provides internal support to our litigation and regulatory teams.
Before moving into a knowledge role, Kirsty advised a wide range of clients across the UK and internationally on commercial litigation and regulatory matters, with a particular focus on complex disputes in Scotland’s Court of Session. Now a Senior Practice Development Lawyer, she works closely with clients and internal teams to track, analyse and apply legal developments, and to develop tailored training solutions. Kirsty’s work focuses on the firm’s litigation and regulatory practices, alongside contributions to the wider contentious offering. She designs and delivers bespoke legal training, writes regularly on regulatory reform and judicial developments, and plays a key role in horizon‑scanning initiatives to help clients anticipate and respond to legal change.
