Lerato advises on all environmental permitting (NEMA, NWA, WUL, heritage, Air quality), carbon markets, climate change law frameworks (including Article 6), and environmental and social due diligence investigations across renewable energy, mining, infrastructure, agribusiness and finance for mergers and acquisitions deals, renewable energy deals.
