Lisa advises a range of entities including trustees and employers on all aspects of pensions law, with a particular focus on investment reviews and risk transfer projects.
Lisa has wide-ranging experience advising trustees and employers on all matters relating to their pension schemes. Her recent work includes complex benefit changes, bulk annuity transactions and pension investment reviews, as well as business as usual matters such as member complaints and governance requirements. Lisa has advised on buy-ins for several household name DB schemes, including preparing benefit specifications and negotiating contract terms with insurers.
Lisa works cross-office and her clients include DB, DC and hybrid schemes. She has experience of acting for public sector clients.
