Lois is a tax solicitor and chartered tax adviser with a broad range of tax experience, particularly focusing on M&A, real estate tax and employee share schemes.
Lois has experience advising local and international clients in a wide variety of sectors. She is experienced in advising on corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions and other investments, advising on portfolio matters for private equity-backed clients. Lois also acts for a range of real estate clients including local authorities, funds, investors and universities advising them on property tax matters, including private rented sector / build-to-rent developments and student accommodation. She also has experience advising clients on employment related-securities and share incentive matters. Lois is dual qualified, as a solicitor and chartered tax adviser.
