Mark specialises in providing expert public policy and corporate communications advice to global organisations. He leads the practice on ESG and sustainability, life sciences and artificial intelligence as well as advising businesses on their political engagement, reputation management and crisis communications in highly regulated industries.
Mark leads the Public Policy and Strategic Communications practice ESG and sustainability, life sciences and artificial intelligence, providing clients with insight into the most relevant and impactful policies and legislation that impact their business.
Mark has more than fifteen years’ experience working in public policy advising businesses on political engagement, media relations, crisis communications, and reputation management. He has a background in regulated industries, and extensive experience of supporting businesses to understand and engage with the policy process.

Mariana provides specialist legal advice to national and international companies in the energy sector on M&A transactions, investment and divestment agreements, as well as partnership agreements. She also advises on contractual and corporate matters and has been involved in the drafting and negotiation of power purchase agreements (PPAs) and co-development agreements for energy projects.
