Lean Six Sigma Manager
Martin is our Lean Six Sigma Manager at Pinsent Masons, with experience in process improvement and transformation across a range of industries.
Martin has worked within utilities, retail, legal and wider professional services industries identifying and delivering process improvements at an enterprise level.
As a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, he can take customer and business problems to identify root causes and issues, translating complex data and processes into manageable and tangible actions that deliver an improved, efficient service.
In his current role, Martin has worked on Global legal processes to develop industry leading propositions, managing large programmes across People, Technology and Process workstreams.
Martin specialises in developing a Lean culture. Delivering Lean Six Sigma training and coaching Yellow and Green Belt candidates through to accreditation; each with their own process improvement project. He has also been integral in transforming Lean Six Sigma training within Pinsent Masons to ensure that we can be an industry leader in developing efficient operations both within our Firm and for our Clients.
