Senior Associate
Max is an energy and infrastructure project specialist. He focusses on transactional matters, specialising in project structuring and documentation. He advises clients across a broad range of industry sectors, with a particular focus on renewable energy, resources and social infrastructure.
Max advises domestic and international clients on complex and large-scale projects. He works with all types of market participants, including project owners and sponsors, developers, contractors and suppliers. He has also advised government entities. Max has worked on a wide range of significant energy generation (wind, solar, pumped hydro and gas), transmission and battery storage projects, and also has extensive major infrastructure, healthcare and biotechnology experience. His focus is on project structuring, procurement models, and preparing and negotiating the project documents (including traditional procurement and bespoke arrangements). He also has experience in the project delivery phase, assisting clients with contract administration.
