Melissa works in our Commercial team and specialises in complex, high-value commercial work for major industrial and real estate clients. She acts on a range of matters including strategic projects, contracting innovation initiatives, as well as management and operator agreements.
Melissa specialises in strategic, long-term contracting programmes and cross-jurisdictional supply agreements.
In the Diversified Industrials sector - with a particular focus on aerospace and defence - Melissa advises on multi-workstream commercial programmes designed to modernise and streamline clients' legal processes. Her work regularly involves drafting and negotiating sophisticated, high-risk agreements where precision, commercial judgment and an in-depth understanding of the client's business are essential.
In the Real Estate sector, Melissa advises on Build-to-Rent schemes and Property Management Agreements, supporting clients with portfolio-level asset management across multiple sites.
Across both sectors, she takes a technology-first approach to legal delivery, embedding digital platforms into complex programmes to improve efficiency, consistency and client experience.
