Michael is a Senior Associate based in the Property (Development and Regeneration) Team in Aberdeen.
Michael's work focusses particularly on the housebuilding industry acting for developers/housebuilders and landowners in the negotiation of purchase and option contracts including complex structures and on multi phase developments.Michael also has experience advising clients on planning agreements and land assembly including title examinations and the set up of residential housing developments and creation of all necessary rights for those developments as well as property finance work.
