His practice focuses on advising on asset investment and divestment transactions, including structures such as sale and leaseback, as well as transactions involving both asset deals and share deals. He has extensive experience in the negotiation and execution of property sale and purchase agreements (SPAs), as well as in lease agreements, hotel management contracts, construction contracts and agreements relating to the operation of assets.
He also advises on the identification and management of legal risks in real estate transactions, including town planning aspects, analysing planning regulations, compatibility of uses and development feasibility, particularly in sectors such as hospitality, residential and alternative assets. He has participated in numerous domestic and international transactions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and offering practical, execution-oriented advice.
