Natalia is an Associate in the Corporate & M&A team at Pinsent Masons' Warsaw office. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, equity and debt fund investments, and corporate restructurings.
She advises Polish and international clients across all stages of M&A transactions, investments and reorganizations, including due diligence, drafting and negotiating transactional documentation, and providing ongoing corporate and commercial law support. Her client base spans private and listed companies, business founders, private equity and venture capital funds, and funds of funds, with sector experience encompassing commercial, insurance, infrastructure, and energy.
Business-oriented by approach, Natalia works closely with clients to understand their commercial objectives and translate them into effective legal solutions. Known for her hands-on manner and strong communication skills, she brings clarity and precision to even the most complex, multinational transactions.
