Natalie is a commercial lawyer advising clients on strategic projects including complex outsourcing and a broad range of other commercial contract matters in both the public and private sector.
Natalie has a particular sector focus on the public sector and the firm's Technology, Science and Industry global sector. She has a broad range of experience assisting public and private sector clients with the negotiation and implementation of a variety of commercial arrangements, including major sourcing, manufacturing and supply chain management.
Natalie has a pragmatic approach and is able to deal with complex issues finding practical solutions to problems. Having spent time on secondment to the Ministry of Justice and Rolls-Royce plc, she has gained first hand experience of working within a client's organisation and liaising with key stakeholders.
