Peter works with developers, contractors, funders and others on all aspects of transactional construction matters in the real estate & infrastructure sectors.
Peter is a senior associate in the Finance & Projects team who specialises in transactional construction work in the real estate and infrastructure sectors.
Peter regularly acts for employers, contractors and funders to procure and negotiate building contracts and has extensive experience with industry standard forms including JCT/SBCC, NEC and MF/1. Additionally, he supports clients to agree professional appointments, collateral warranties and performance security documents such as bonds and guarantees. Peter also regularly assists with large scale DD exercises often working alongside our property, corporate and banking teams in doing so.
Peter takes a commercial and client focus approach with an overarching aim being to help clients achieve their goals in an efficient and effective manner.
