Rachel is a Senior Tax Manager with a wealth of knowledge across a broad spectrum of taxes and experience of both contentious and non-contentious tax matters. Rachel acts for both corporates and individuals (including HNWIs) including cross jurisdictional matters and her matters include issues such as: corporate UK tax residence, VAT dispute and compliance advice, individuals’ UK residency status, customs duty and commodity codes, advising offshore corporate structures that are looking to establish in the UK of the tax consequences and requirements, IR35 compliance and the application of the Corporate Criminal Offence.
