She works alongside financial advisers to develop practical and achievable contingency plans and restructuring strategies for financially distressed entities, with a specialism in transactional business and asset disposals. Sam also has significant experience in assisting lenders with options analysis and implementation of security enforcement and asset disposals, and advises purchasers of business and assets from insolvency practitioners out of administration.
