Sarah has broad experience on all matters relating to pensions law, with a particular focus on DB advisory work. She is the day-to-day contact for number of different schemes, supporting many long-standing clients with scheme governance, member cases, and legislative developments.
Sarah is a member of the firm's pensions risk transfer team, advising trustees and employers on all aspects of bulk annuity transactions. She also advises clients on the final stages of a risk transfer project, including the process to achieve buy-out and complete a successful scheme wind-up for all stakeholders.
Sarah is also increasingly advising trustees and providers of DC master trusts, both in relation to business-as-usual scheme governance matters, and also proposition developments.
Senior Practice Development Lawyer
Rachel ensures that the property team are fully-equipped with the necessary technical excellence and skills to deliver a commercial and efficient service to clients. Rachel is a founding member of the Property Standardisation Group, senior tutor in conveyancing on the Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Edinburgh and on the Property Panel of Experts for Lexis PSL.

Rami is a Higher Education specialist who advises on the regulatory framework, consumer law compliance, collaborations and international projects. Rami also heads up the firm’s supply of labour practice and advises clients on arrangements for the supply of temporary workers.
