Scott manages and resolves domestic and international engineering & construction disputes and is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in construction and engineering law. He specialises in disputes arising from offshore construction and marine engineering projects.

Mike's primary area of expertise is in banking and financial services disputes arising from lending, hedging, regulated sales and private equity. Mike also advises in a wide range of commercial disputes, typically including cross jurisdictional issues.
Michael and his Firm-wide team are responsible for changing and developing services that respond to ESG issues, the ESG learning and development programme and advising the Board on its Net Zero and Sustainability goals. We will create a Firm of Climate and Sustainability conscious colleagues.
Tom advises developers, investors, land owners and major corporate occupiers on the delivery of complex and high value real estate projects, with a focus on major commercial and residential development schemes. Tom leads our UK residential development practice and is head of our market-leading real estate team in the Midlands
