Susannah is Co-Head of the firm’s global Equality Law practice, working in partnership with our D&I consultancy to deliver tailored ESG solutions. She is known for her work on high profile, multi-strand cases, particularly those involving allegations of discrimination and is regularly instructed to act as an independent investigator in relation to complex workplace disputes.
Susi uses her easy communication style to expertly and efficiently work with the business for the best commercial outcome; she spends time understanding our needs and building relationships of trust which can then be called upon whenever required. Susi is extremely pragmatic and technically excellent and manages our account and management information with rigour and controls. I am grateful to partner with her.
