He has acted for employers, head contractors and subcontractors across multiple jurisdictions, advising on a broad range of projects such as construction, infrastructure, road, rail, wind, tunnel and solar throughout Australia, the Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
Thomas began his career in the Melbourne office before relocating to Singapore in 2024, where he continues to advise on complex construction disputes, including arbitrations under the SIAC and ICC rules.
