Winnie's practice focuses on representing financial institutions and borrowers on all types of financing transactions as well as restructuring of existing financing transactions
Winnie works closely with financial institutions, and she has advised many Chinese financial institutions on their outbound financing transactions in many countries, especially in Asia, Africa, and Latin America. She also assists clients on conducting due diligence for project investments and provides legal advice on the structuring of projects.
