Pinsent Masons has advised AIM-quoted Sirius Minerals Plc on its £55 million secondary placing.
Sirius Minerals operates a global potash exploration and development business in the United Kingdom, North America, and Australia. The company has been trading since 2003 and trades on the London Stock Exchange’s AIM market, on North America's OTCQX and through a sponsored ADR facility.
