International law firm Pinsent Masons has advised Sabio on its acquisition of flexAnswer Solutions

The Sabio Group, a UK-based unified communications and contact centre services company, has announced the acquisition of flexAnswer Solutions, a leading Singapore-based provider of innovative Virtual Assistant solutions. The deal aims to strengthen Sabio’s digital offering and is part of an ongoing growth plan to broaden the company’s solutions portfolio and geographic coverage.

The Pinsent Masons team acting on the transaction includes partner Ewan Robertson and associate Lucy Carter on key M&A matters (Australia); partner Perry Yuen, legal director Bethia Su, senior associate Arwen Berry, solicitor Joel Yap and associates Victor Tong and Serene Yeo on transactional and due diligence matters (Singapore); and partner Vanessa Heap and solicitor Hannah Catney on acquisition finance matters (United Kingdom).
